Appointment requests
Submitting a time through this site creates an appointment request and temporarily reserves that time. It is not a confirmed appointment until Emma sends a separate confirmation. Emma may confirm or decline a request based on service needs, timing, availability, or other reasonable considerations.
Information, pricing, and service
You agree to provide accurate contact and appointment information. Displayed prices and durations are good-faith estimates based on the selected services; the final service, timing, and price may vary with hair condition, length, product needs, or changes agreed upon with Emma. Payment is due as arranged for the completed salon service.
Cancellations
The private appointment link may be used to cancel while online cancellation remains available. If the online cutoff has passed, contact Emma directly. Cancelling a request or appointment releases the reserved time.
Inspiration photos
You may upload photos only when you have the right to share them for the purpose of discussing your requested hairstyle. Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or unrelated content.
Email communications
By submitting a request, you authorize transactional emails needed to acknowledge, confirm, decline, update, or cancel that request. These are service communications rather than promotional mailing-list messages.
SMS appointment alerts
The emmadoesurhair Appointment Alerts program sends transactional messages concerning appointment requests, confirmations, cancellations, changes, and reminders. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of booking or purchase, and must be given through the separate unchecked box on the booking form.
Message frequency varies based on appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You may also contact ej2148@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
Website availability
We try to keep the site and its availability information accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, emmadoesurhair is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this website.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by Utah law, without limiting any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
